Can't find your answer below? Message us on WhatsApp or call us: our local team answers in French, Arabic and English, every day.
What documents do I need to rent a car?
A valid ID (national ID or passport) and a valid driving licence. For foreign visitors, a valid national licence is enough for a tourist stay; an international permit is a plus but not required.
Do I need a credit card to rent?
No. That's one of our advantages: the deposit and payment can be made in cash, with no credit card or cheque required.
How does the deposit work?
A deposit is taken at the start and returned in full when you bring the car back in the same condition. The amount depends on the car category and is stated clearly before you book.
What is the minimum age to rent?
The minimum age is generally 21, with a licence held for at least one year. A higher minimum age may apply to some premium models.
Is the mileage really unlimited?
Yes, unlimited mileage is included in our rates: you drive anywhere in Morocco without counting kilometres or paying a supplement.
Is insurance included?
Yes, all our vehicles are insured. Basic insurance is included in the rate; excess-reduction options may be offered depending on the vehicle.
Do you deliver the car to my home or the airport?
Yes, delivery is free to your home, hotel or the airport (Rabat-Salé or Mohammed V), in Témara, Rabat and Salé. Just give us the place and time when you book.
How do I book a car?
The easiest way is WhatsApp or the online quote form. Give us your dates, the delivery location and the car type; we reply with a firm price, with no obligation.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Let us know in advance and we adapt or cancel your booking without trouble. Contact us as soon as your plans change.
Is fuel included?
Fuel is not included: the car is handed to you with a fuel level that you return at the same level. You only pay for what you use.
