Ihssane Car rental terms
Simple, transparent rules so you can rent with confidence in Témara, Rabat, Salé and at the airports. Here are the essentials to know before you book.
These terms are given for guidance and may vary by vehicle and duration. The exact terms are confirmed to you in writing before the contract is signed. If in doubt, contact us: we explain everything clearly, in French, Arabic or English.
Driver and licence
The driver must be at least 21 and hold a valid driving licence for at least one year. A higher minimum age may apply to premium models.
Foreign visitors may drive on their valid national licence for a tourist stay. Any additional driver must be declared and meet the same conditions.
Required documents
When collecting the vehicle: a valid ID (national ID or passport) and the driving licence. For companies, the business documents and the named driver's ID.
No credit card is required. Payment and the deposit can be settled in cash.
Deposit and payment
A deposit is taken at the start, in cash, and returned in full when the vehicle is brought back in the same condition and with the same fuel level.
The deposit amount depends on the vehicle category and is communicated before booking. No hidden charges: the quoted price is the price paid.
Insurance and liability
All our vehicles are insured. Basic insurance covers civil liability; excess-reduction options may be offered depending on the vehicle.
The renter is responsible for fines, traffic offences and uncovered damage occurring during the rental period.
Mileage and fuel
Mileage is unlimited across the whole of Morocco, with no supplement.
Fuel is not included: the vehicle is handed over with a fuel level that you return at the same level.
Delivery, duration and return
Delivery and collection are free in Témara, Rabat, Salé and at Rabat-Salé and Mohammed V airports. The minimum rental period is generally 24 hours.
The vehicle is handed over clean and in good condition; it must be returned in the same condition, at the agreed date and place. Any significant delay must be reported to us in advance.
Booking, changes and cancellation
Booking is done by WhatsApp, phone or the online form, with a firm price confirmed.
You can change or cancel your booking by letting us know in advance. Contact us as soon as your plans change and we adapt.
